Which plan do most companies start on?
It depends on the size of your addressable market rather than the size of your team. If you sell into a few hundred accounts, Starter is the right shape. If you sell into thousands and want several segments watched separately, Growth or Scale. We'll tell you which one fits rather than selling you up.
What happens if we go over our monitored account limit?
Your plan sets how many accounts are monitored daily, and that limit is fixed. Once you reach it, no more accounts can be added to monitoring. By default we monitor your highest-ranked accounts by Fit Score, so the limit is spent on your best fits, but you can change which accounts are monitored at any time. To monitor more, move up a plan.
Is white glove included?
No. When a signal needs a source that is gated, buried in file metadata or spread across datasets, our engineers build a custom pipeline for it. That work is scoped and priced separately, on top of your subscription.
Why is it a twelve month term?
Signals are engineered rather than switched on, and they get better as your team feeds back on what was useful. A monthly contract would mean rebuilding that relationship every thirty days, which serves nobody.
Do you charge per user?
No. Add as many people as you like, with custom roles to match how your business works, including read-only access for stakeholders who just want to look.
What is an AI signal analysis?
When a signal fires, HotSauce analyses it in context: what happened, why it matters for that account, and which of your buyer personas it points to. Your plan sets how many of those you get each month.
Can we change plan later?
Yes. Clients usually move up as they add markets or segments rather than because they ran out of room.
